Casa de Playa SolMate is an all inclusive four bedroom/four bath newly redesigned home that sleeps ten. The property includes a private chef to prepare all your meals during your stay, and a full-time property manager.

You can also fill your day scuba diving, deep sea fishing, lobster and conch diving (in season) - the best part is you can do this directly from our pier! We can book mainland tours for you directly through our professional tour guides!

Interior highlights…
You’ll be greeted by an open floor plan with a spacious living area perfect for planning your island outings…The living area is home to an inviting sectional couch with a large screen television.
A Gourmet chef’s kitchen offers plenty of space to gather and enjoy meals during your stay. Our private chef can make you and your guests phenomenal Belizean dishes! New stainless steel appliances have recently been installed and you’ll have access to a fully stocked pantry area. Located directly off the kitchen you will find a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Additionally, a local fresh fruit and vegetable vendor brings a cart by three days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday).
As you make your way through Casa de Playa SolMate you will note that each bedroom has mini split air conditioning units and ceiling fans. Closets have custom drawers and shelving. Televisions are included in each room, and all bathrooms have large vanities and countertops with beautiful vessel sinks. Two of the bathrooms offer large tiled walk-in showers and the other bathrooms feature shower/tub combos. A screened in porch is located off the master suite. For guests security there are two safes in the home.
Custom furniture designed and created by Fernando Polanco - Premium Furniture El Carpintero. Polanco created custom headboards, tables, barstools, shelves and cabinets in Casa de Playa SolMate. All of these pieces are made with Belizean hardwood and epoxy resin inlays.
This exceptional space is guaranteed to be the backdrop of memories to come.
The space is decorated with artwork from local artist, Leo Vasquez. His pieces capture the vibrance of the island while focusing on the small details that Belize is known for.

Artisan made hammocks hang just above turquoise waters are the perfect way to enjoy the island breeze. Relax on the sundeck and take in the view from our private beach! Guests can fish right off the pier or relax over the water under the shade of the palapa. Gather around a custom made barbecue pit or picnic tables and enjoy the show of having your fresh catch of fish, lobster or conch prepared for you in true Belizean/Mayan tradition.
Stroll through the property grounds enjoying the shade of a lush coconut palm canopy and beautifully landscaped grounds. Our property manager can cut down coconuts and prepare refreshing rums and juices for you! Observe island iguanas in their very own iguana habitat and maybe even get the opportunity to feed one of these beauties.
